Last Haul: The Project Pan is back and Spring Cleaning My Makeup Stash

This is my last haul and I'm finally more comfortable with my collection now that I threw out a bunch of unwanted and unflattering products and bought more flattering makeup. I even bought some stuff that was missing in my collection such as a lipliner and two bronzers I could use to contour with.

This is my final haul. After this it's back to the no buy.

April Haul of Shame

The thing I like about April is the Sephora Chic Week haul. I only buy things from Sephora 2 times a year, both times during their sales.

Now, to say that I took advantage of the sale is an understatement. At least on my standards. This is the biggest haul I ever made and I'm really ashamed about it. This is what happens when I let myself shop after months of not doing so people.

So I'm kind of ashamed with my haul. This is the most money I ever spent on Sephora at one time and my justification is that I made this haul during Sephora's chic week where beauty insiders could shop Sephra for 15% off.

On top of that I recently found out about studentrate.com which works like ebates. By shopping through this site, students could get rebates for the things they shop. It's very similar to ebates but studentrate offers 10% rebate for shopping at Sephora year-round while ebates would give you 4%-8% max for sephora.

I calculated how much money I saved  and concluded that I saved 21% by shopping through studentrate while on chic week.

March 2014 haul of shame

 As promised, I'm writing a "haul of shame". Normally people would wait until they finish hauling before posting about it. I decided to make a monthly post so I don't have these things lying around and separated from everything.  

A small warning though, I tend to buy things on sale impulsively. I just can't resist a really good deal and end up buying a lot of things to add to a stockpile.
