Weekend baking: Plain French Macaron

Knowing how to bake French macarons is a very bad skill to have while trying to loose weight. Anyway, that thought aside, I am proud to say that this is the best batch of French macarons I ever made. No cracks were present in any of the shells I made.

I think part of the reason why this batch is so good is because I use Chef John's recipe (click here) minus the cocoa rather than April's recipe (click here).
