I like to browse through what is happening in the runways even though most of the time I don't follow it. While many trends are repetitive, there are times when I see something new and would like to try it out.
There are some trends I would like to try hence why I picked this theme for March. There's also the added benefit that I don't have to think about a theme this month.
For reference sake, I am using the Harpers Bazaar's list of Spring 2015 trends which you could check here.

February 2015 Monthly Makeup Tray Mixup: Pink
I'll say this right now, I don't like pink. Pink doesn't agree with my deep fall colouring and I don't like pink because it doesn't agree with me. I try to wear as little pink as possible. I got rid of a lot of my pink clothes and gave away a lot of my pink makeup.
So why then am I choosing "Pink" as my theme this month?
One reason, Valentines day.

Project 75 Pan 22 Month Update
This is the least progress I made ever. I did not feel like putting on makeup lately and I revamped my entire makeup tray. Actually, subtract the makeup tray. I could not bring my makeup tray during the move. (there was not enough room in the car)
Since I am not the type of person who would just skip on a month because I have nothing to post, I would just post my makeup basket (ahem, bag). These are the products that are most likely to be used up first.

Products I want to Finish in 2014 Update
There's only two months left before 2014 ends and I want to make one update before the finale. I used these products a lot in the past few months. There are also a lot of products I made little progress on.

September Makeup Tray Mixup: Ipsy product.
I think this is the proper time to use up all of my Ipsy product. I've used up a couple of products along the way but it is time to really focus on using up these products. Ipsy usually gives away deluxe samples so they are easier to use up.
I have a lot of products from ipsy just after 4 months of subscription, some them are not even pictured here.

Project 75 Pan 17 month Update/ Products I want to finish in 2014 Update
Hey another disappointing month for project pan. Though I had more events to attend this month, I simply didn't feel like wearing makeup lately. I blame the San Fernando Valley heat. I made minimal progress this month but I made progress nonetheless.

August 2014 Ipsy Bag:
This is my final month with Ipsy. I unsubscribed for three reasons.
- I am gathering more makeup than I am using up through subscribing to Ipsy
- I am not receiving the products I want from the previews.
- I want to subscribe to Popsugar instead.

Project 75 Pan: Products I want to Use up in 2014
Here's the thing, I'm moving away to Northern California for school. I do not want to bring my entire makeup collection. I only want to bring stuff I that I absolutely love. So my goal right now is to finish up all the products that I simply want
out of my collection. Usually these products are too old, so old that I
had them even before I started labeling when the product expires.
As a side note, I would still do the Makeup Tray Mix-up just to make things interesting.

May 2014 Makeup Tray Mix Up Update
This is a new feature in my Makeup Tray Mix Up where we see how much damage I could make in the products I picked out. I don't expect much progress, at all but it's nice to see how much product I use up in a month.
Urban Decay Naked Palette-I don't really expect this much progress on eyeshadow especially a big palette like this one. I manage to make a couple of everyday looks but I didn't get a chance to make night looks. It's just nice to have a picture as a reference point.

May Makeup Tray Mix-up: High End Products
I decided to bring out the "Makeup Tray Mix-up" (aka MTMU) to give me some focus on which products to use.
For new comers, here is how it works. I select a theme every month and I would pick a couple of products that fit that theme. I would focus on using up those product for that month.
This month, I pick the theme "High End Products". May is my birthday month so I decided to use nothing but the best in my makeup collection to celebrate.

April 2014 Ipsy Bag
I got a subscription to ipsy for the next two months. If you guys don't know, ipsy is a $10/month beauty subscription service created by Michelle Phan. Who is Michelle Phan? Well, she's the most subscribed beauty guru in youtube who now heads a beauty empire. She's kind of awesome.
A friend of mine says that her looks are not really good and I could see how other beauty gurus might have better tutorials but I still admire her. She created the company ipsy, her own makeup line and she blogs. If anything, I appreciate hard work.
Anyway, here's inside this month's music festival inspired ipsy bag called "Beauty Rocks"

Sephora Chic Week Haul
So during the week of April 12- April 21 of this year was Sephora's annual chic week where Beauty Insiders have 15% off their entire purchases.
Excuse the bad quality of pictures but I wanted to upload these pictures as soon as possible.

Beauty Wish List Spring 2013
Another years has come and gone and we all know what that means, new makeup products. Cosmetic companies just released their new products for Spring 2013 and here are the things that would be in my shopping list. If I could buy anything that is.
